Baron Corbin Ear Glued Back Together After Clothesline From Otis (Video)

A shot from Otis caused Baron Corbin to require his ear to be glued back together during a very hard-hitting match on NXT this week.

NXT continues to to build towards Stand & Deliver on April 1. The card looks complete with the tag team champions (Baron Corbin & Bron Breakker) still needing challengers. They will meet the winners of the of next tournament between LWO (Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro) vs Axiom and Nathan Frazer vs The OC (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson). That vital bout takes place next Tuesday, April 2.

During the match, the Alpha Academy, represented by Otis and Akira Tozawa, gave it everything. Although, not enough to advance to Stand & Deliver. At one point, Otis drills Corbin with a clothesline. And, Otis is a big boy who has palms the size of hams. Well, the shot did some damage to Corbin.

On Instagram, Corbin uploaded a video where he takes the clothesline mentioned. Then, he reveals needing to having his ear glued back together. “When @otis_wwe clubs you with his big Bear Paw you have to glue your ear back together haha. I love it!” Despite needed his body glued back together, Corbin seems in great spirits. It could be because of the match was solid.

Corbin joined the main roster about a decade ago. WWE had high hopes for him and it showed. He retired Kurt Angle and WrestleMania and even won Money in the Bank. But, he lost his title match in seconds on SmackDown. Rumor has it, Corbin spoke-up during a backstage meeting and it did not go over well. Following that, he was given a ton of angles with little progress. Since returning to NXT, it has dramatically helped both Corbin and the talent he works beside. So, any thoughts on Baron Corbin needing his ear glued after taking a shot from Otis. Is a receipt coming?
